CAA currently has an opportunity for an Electrical Inspector to work in Boulder County on a part time as needed basis. The successful candidate will possess knowledge and experience with construction inspection processes with an emphasis in electrical systems. Experience in managing contractor’s work and progress of construction to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, codes and schedule is required. Good communication, writing and computer skills are essential.
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent and must be a licensed Master Electrician in the State of Colorado.

Candidates will be provided on the job training as well as learn about the specific classes required to become certified in this field. Applicants interested in pursuing the respective career path while performing the duties and responsibilities of an electrical inspector have the option to work full time if desired.
